Tolls ended November 22, 2013
Three lanes accessible to motorists for duration of project (intermittent construction-related closures)
GDOT resumed construction after the holidays – January 2014 (Toll booth and canopy demolition, fill-in stairwell, convert to grass etc.)
Demolition activities to conclude in the Fall of 2014

SRTA Staff: Job well done!Shutdown tolling on cue (not an easy task)
Final cash close out (i.e. count, verify and reconcile) approximately $100K in vaults, coins and cash in time for Brinks pickup
Secured all equipment, the tunnel and the premises from an operational perspective (this work is ongoing thru December 16th).

More than 268,000 Peach Passes assigned since registration opened in June 2011
86% of customers paying toll; 14% non-tolled
Averaging ~20,000 daily trips in the Express Lanes per month
Highest daily trip count: 25,556 on October 11, 2013
Currently averaging 500 new Peach Passes each week without any active media campaign
More than 194,000 unique customers using roadway
