• Documented personal health problems or family medical problems that require the educator’s full time care and attention

• A family situation that requires a move out of reasonable commuting distance of the contracted position.

• A documented spousal transfer and relocation out of reasonable commuting distance of the contracted position.

• A documented promotion within the field of education.• The school system was forced to reduce the educator’s
