Contract Hiring

Your company may be interested in contract hiring versus direct hiring. The student(s) you hire are not on your payroll, they actually become temporary employees of Georgian College while working for your company a co-op student. The administration process is simple; payroll is handled by the college and the co-op employer is invoiced on a monthly basis, In addition to salary and benefit costs, the college adds an affordable fee for contract processing. Ask us about this option.
