Open to all ages and skill levels, Yoga 1 consists of postures, breathing practices, deep relaxation, and meditation that offers benefits including increased flexibility, weight loss, and an improved

mental state.

Chair YogaChair yoga is an ideal exercise for those suffering from conditions like chronic pain or osteoporosis, and may benefit people who have trouble moving

through the up and down motions of Yoga 1.

Tai Chi**Tai chi is one of the most effective exercises for mind and body health. An art with great depth of knowledge and skill, it is easy to learn and delivers benefits such as improved muscular strength, flexibility, immunity, pain relief and quality of life.

Monday at 5pm & Saturday at 11am by reservation with Property Manager.Minimum of 5 participants needed.

$18/class OR package of 6/$75
