Use a Facebook Page, NOT a Facebook (Individual) Profile

1. Having an individual profile page for your county/REC/department violates Facebook Policy. Get a Facebook Page instead

2. Your Facebook presence will disappear if your staff does

3. Get analytics- who’s visiting your page, popular posts and when is the best time to post
