Agenda

Time

Purpose
• Come up with one, and make sure everyone knows it

• Are they working?• What could we do different?• What is helpful?• etc
Basic meeting structure
• Check-in / connect– what do we have in common exercise– Helps to find commonalities before contention
• Agenda items, categorized and clear• Wrap-up– Plan for next time
• Check-in throughout• Give them a story to remember

• Have one• Know who it is• Have a back up plan (succession or absence)• Create sense of participation (trust = growth)
