About the Event

The Gluten Free + Healthy Lifestyles Expo [GFHLX] is an amazing way to connect with health conscious consumers from the Sarasota area and beyond. The event's focus is healthy lifestyles: nutrition, sleep, exercise, and stress relief. Presentations and demos are scheduled throughout the day; featuring a wide range of topics which have included: “Gluten Free 101”, “Dining Out With Special Dietary Needs”, “Bringing Back {Gluten Free} Ancient Grains” and many more. Over 10,000 sq. ft. of exhibit space, 50+ vendors, 1,500+ expected attendees. But don’t just take our word for it… “The GFHLX was amazing. • We will provide you with table & chairs. Be sure to bring a tablecloth, and a prize to be given away. Keep the prize at your table, give us a business card with prize info & we’ll bring the winner to you.

• Vendors who provide a free screening (i.e. blood pressure, cholesterol, massages, demonstrations, or even a simple questionnaire) get more interaction with the attendees. Be sure to note what you will provide in your Product Description on page 7.

• It is our policy for vendors to NOT accept/exchange Patient Health Information (PHI: Insurance info, Date of Birth, SSNs) at our events. By submitting this application, your company and its representatives are agreeing to NOT accept/exchange PHI during this event. We encourage you to obtain attendees Contact Info (i.e. Name, Phone, Address).

Payment Information Space will not be reserved until payment and paperwork is received. Once Registration Form is received, an invoice will be sent allowing you to pay by credit card via PayPal.

Full payment is required to reserve a booth. Full payment must be received 4 weeks prior to the event or space will be relinquished. All signed contracts are binding regardless of payment. However, a specific exhibit space location will only be assigned when the signed contract and payment are received. No refunds will be issued.

Legal Terms & Conditions 1. All signed contracts are binding regardless of payment. However, a specific exhibit space location will only be assigned when the signed contract and payment are received. No refunds will be issued.

2. Special services including, but not limited to, shipping, electric, Wi-Fi and ice are not included in booth rental fees and must be ordered separately from the contractors listed on the event website (except where specified). Community Events, LLC reserves the right to refuse contracts and return payments once all designated exhibit spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Each exhibitor is required to provide event management with a certificate of liability insurance, which verifies that the exhibitor is covered for loss or damage to property and liability for personal injury. This policy must cover the dates of the event, including move-in and move-out. Absolutely no setup will be allowed until a certificate is on file with Community Events, LLC. Policy must list Community Events, LLC as an additional insured.

4. Force Majeure: Community Events, LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure of performance with respect to this subscription caused by an Act of God, action by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity, fire, flood, insurrection, riot, explosion, embargo, terrorist attacks, strikes, whether legal or illegal, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slowdown, or any condition beyond control of Community Events, LLC (“Force Majeure Events”). In such event, Community Events, LLC shall be entitled to retain such portion of the contract price as required to compensate Community Events, LLC for expenses incurred up to the time of the Force Majeure Event.
