with the Customs House Agents (CHAs) or Self Declarants (SD) record in the UniPass Stakeholder Management system

Click on “Upload Staff” button and download the spreadsheet that provides you with the table of required data on staff

(10) Enter the records of staff, save it, click on the “Choose Excel”, locate the file to import and upload it by clicking on the “UPLOAD” button

(11) A successful upload will send details of login credentials to all staff through their mobile numbers provided.

(12) The administrator gets to assign user roles to staff, and also able to manage staff

(13) Use the url: http://ex-test.unipassghana.com/ to login for the creation of clearance documentations (UCR, IDF, Application for LPCO, BOE Creation, etc.)
