The mature technology of the GBK 420 machine guarantees optimised packaging and clipping for both plastic and paper bags. Two alternating product pushers optimise the utilisation level and maximise capacity and performance of this packaging machine. The versatile applications allow the operator to respond reliably and easily to changing market requirements and trends in the packaging industry. Equipment can be delivered as either left-handed or right-handed version. The complete separation of product processing area and mechanical drive allows this machine generation to satisfy all clean-room requirements, as well.

The packing machine can be fed with one of the following methods:'Inline' feeding method (designed for whole loaves): The products are transported through the line with carriers to the packing area.'Lateral' feeding method (designed for upright slices): The products are pulled between the carriers by feed arms and transported to the packing area.'Inline + Lateral' feeding method: Depending on the product range, both cycling systems can be selected. Thus, very different products can be packed with only one machine.
