Scarlett, anxious for action after the disappearance of Snake Eyes,enlists Stalker's team on a mission to disrupt Cobra's mining operationsin South America. Mainframe tags along without the team's knowledge,and soon discovers that they've been taken hostage by Cobra.Copperback and Dr. Mindbender decide to ship Scarlett out and sendStalker and his team to work in the mines.
