Scarlett, anxious for action after the disappearance of Snake Eyes, leadsa mission to disrupt Cobra's mining operations in South America, but themission goes quickly awry. Scarlett is captured, and Stalker and his teamare forced to work in the mines. Scarlett escapes into the facility,Mainframe sneaks in wearing a Viper disguise, and Stalker and his teamdecide to make a break for it further into the mines, in the hope of findinganother way out...

Mainframe finds Scarlett and leads her to the facilities control room,where they take Dr. Mindbender prisoner. They get in contact with a G.I.Joe team that is bearing down on their position. The bad news: they'restill eight hours out from arrival. Mainframe and Scarlett hunker downand prepare for the worse. Meanwhile, Stalker and his team find suppliesdeep inside the mines, but are cornered by Urso and his Cobra Vipers inone of the tunnels. The Joes make a break for it as the Cobra-operatedmining equipment bears down on them...
