Maggie Gallagher Director of Development Maggie Gallagher has been involved in the real estate industry since 1982, and has been instrumental to developers and owners by working closely with government officials, project teams, and anchor tenants to bring a number of complex real estate projects to completion. She has represented developers, property owners and investors, across the United States as well as Internationally. Her roles included entitlements, acquisitions, leasing, sales and marketing as well as concept development for new construction, re-habilitation, and re-positioning of existing properties. In 2003 Ms. Gallagher established MG Real Estate LLC, a consulting, brokerage, and development firm. In 2015 MG Real Estate accepted an assignment with Gilad Development Inc. as a consultant for the repositioning of Ohio Station Outlets f/k/a/ Lodi Station Outlets, a 314,000 sf retail outlet center outside of Cleveland, Ohio. Ms. Gallagher went on to accept the position of Director of Development for The Lake District, a 160 acre “urban village” mixed-use development in Lakeland, TN. Yehuda Netanel Founder, Owner With a career that spans over 45 years in commercial development, Yehuda Netanel is an industry leader and visionary. In 1978, Yehuda established his own real estate development ventures. The first ground-up project was a six-unit condominium in Culver City, CA. In the years to follow, he developed over 58 projects ranging from apartment complexes, condominium projects mixed-use and retail centers. A couple of commercial projects had even received AIA awards. In all, Yehuda developed over 1,700 apartments, 400 condominiums/townhomes and 2,200,000 square feet of retail space. Mr. Netanel’s development approach consists of combining marketing skills and good design to create more engaging projects. Dexter MullerPinnacle Planning Advisors, Economic Advisor for TIFFrom 2000-2015 Dexter Muller was a senior advisor for the Greater Memphis Chamber's community development department. Additionally, Muller enjoys a strong partnership with the Commercial Real Estate Owner's Alliance. Muller's work in urban planning began in 1973 at the Office of Planning and Development which ultimately turned into a career that spans 40 plus years in the field. Prior to joining the Chamber, Muller was the director of Memphis Shelby County Office of Planning and Development.

Between his career with the City and the Chamber, Muller has played a part in negotiating deals with Gibson Guitar, Ducks Unlimited, International Paper, Thomas & Betts, Nucor and more.

James B. McLarenAdams and Reese LLP., Bond Counsel and TIF Counsel

James McLaren joined Adams and Reese in 2006 to help form the Memphis office. He is currently one of the firm’s Transactions and Corporate Advisory Services Practice Group Leaders.
