Membership:

•Deutsche Telekom, Verizon, TeliaSonera and iBasis are invited to serve as the initial Board of Directors•Initial membership term is 1 year (extension upon approval of the board)•Initially, there will be no cost to be a member•Future members must be approved by existing members

Responsibilities:

•Active participation in quarterly meetings is required (either in person, online and/or through conference calls)•Willingness to respond to periodic surveys or questionnaires is required
