Deserts are very important to us because there are manly rare plants and animals that have adapted to be able to survive in the harsh desert
environment, which makes it a very unique region.

There may be inhabitants of the desert for eg. In Australia-Indigenous Australians (Aborigines), but the desert is also a home for the animals and plants, ag camels and cactus; Which both can live with out water for long
periods of time.

Wetlands are found in different parts of the world which are Canada, North America , AfricaAsia, Europe, Central and South America and Australia. Africa has the most wetlands than The other continents.

Why are wetlands so important to us?
Wetlands play important part in nature for the following reasons: They provide a home for wildlife in the area, wetlands also
prevent flooding by holding in water which keeps the river level normal and purify the surface water. Also many animals use the
wetlands for migration and reproduction.
Who Lives in Wetlands?
A large Variety of rare plants and animals live in the wetlands, Great Blue Heron, chorus frog and the painted turtle are just a few of
the animals that live in the wetlands.
