Tonia’s Bio:

Tonia has been a Toastmaster since 2009! She has won many best speaker,

best evaluator and best table topics master awards. She has also placed 2nd in

several Club contests.

Tonia is also the Founder and C.E.O. of Motivation Elite Inc. Online Coaching

Services. As a Clinical Psychologist, she has created a unique coaching plan for

women to increase their resilience, assertiveness and sense of renewal in the

work place. She has also developed a one day renewal seminar for companies

to improve team building.

Characteristics of a GoalS- Specific. To have our club chartered by Feb 28th, 2015.

M- Measurable- We will attain 20 charter members by Feb 14th, 2015.

A- Action Oriented- We need a team- A mentor, two sponsors and the Execs specifically a President, VP Ed. And Secretary to start.

R- Realistic- It is challenging yet practical.

T- Time-bound- We are to get chartered by Feb 28th 2015.
