TPC Las Vegas is “desert elegance” on display. From the stunning backdrop of Red Rock Canyon, the rugged natural landscape, TPC Las Vegas golf course (formerly known as TPC Canyons) offers a test to the most seasoned of golfers. This is the premier PGA TOUR property in Las Vegas making it a destination for celebrities and PGA TOUR players alike. It’s no wonder the golf course has been heralded by Golf Digest as one of the “Best Places to Play.”

The Bobby Weed and Raymond Floyd design is a par 71, 7,104-yard golf course that will test your skills while dazzling you with views of the surrounding mountains, canyons and the famed Las Vegas skyline. Your shotmaking ability is put to the test early in your round on the par-3 second hole (appropriately named “Canyon”). You will need to carry your tee shot almost 200 yards from the tips to an island-like green in the middle of the desert.

The TPC Las Vegas golf course is recognized as a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary by the AudubonCooperative Sanctuary System. The course is located within the nation’s largest master-planned community of Summerlin and is just 20 minutes from the world-famous Las Vegas strip.

TPC Las Vegas served as host of the Champions TOUR’s Las Vegas Senior Classic from 1997-1999 and the PGA TOUR’s Shriners Hospitals for Children Open from 2000-2006.

We’ll customize your merchandise with your name or corporate logo, or consider treating your guests to an official TPC Las Vegas or PGA TOUR logo’d item. TPC gift cards are also available in any denomination, and can be used at participating TPCs across the country.

Planning Checklist

FIRST THINGS FIRST– Choose the date & time of the event– Estimate the number of players expected– Sign a contract with deposit to hold the date

8-12 WEEKS BEFORE EVENT– Assess your merchandise needs for:

• Tee gifts for participants• Tournament prizes

– Staff or volunteer needs– Order banners and/or hole sponsor signs– Order hole-in-one insurance, if needed

4 WEEKS BEFORE EVENT– Update TPC Las Vegas with final number of

players– Choose your menu and finalize the food and

beverage contractNotification and approval is needed from TPC Las Vegas if you intend to have any donated product at your event.

2 WEEKS BEFORE EVENT– Final payment due on green fees

1-2 WEEKS BEFORE EVENT– Your Tournament Coordinator will request

the following details:• Format of your competition• Course contests• Hole-in-one insurance and prize

information• Special needs for sponsors, volunteers, etc.• Number of tables needed for registration• Accurate title and spelling of your event

name• Gift certificate needs• Other set up information: putting contests,

placement of tee prizes, sponsor signs, etc.

2 DAYS BEFORE EVENT– Send player list to TPC Las Vegas via

1 DAY BEFORE EVENT– Contact club with any last minute questions

or pairing changes– Deliver signs, banners, prizes or hole-in-one

cars that need to be pre-staged

EVENT DAY– Allow one half hour prior to your scheduled

start for registration for every 40 players (For example: 2 hours for 140 players, 1 hour for 80 players)

– Communicate any last-minute player changes with the on-site Golf Professional

– Final payment due for club rentals, shoe rentals, food & beverage and any other charges

POST-EVENT– Pick up any leftover prizes– Pick up any banners or signs– Choose a date for your next event at TPC Las

Vegas!

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Per Player Rate - Our contract requirements would be as follow: Signed contract and 25% deposit within 2 weeks of the contract date to hold the space (deposit is refundable until 90 days prior to the event), 30 day final player count guarantee, and final payment due 14 days prior to the event date.

Buyout Rate - Our contract requirements would be as follow: Signed contract and 25% deposit within 2 weeks of the contract date to hold the space (deposit is refundable until 90 days prior to the event), buyout rate must be guaranteed for payment 60 days prior to the event date and payment in full due 30 days prior to the event date.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

In the event of rain and/or inclement weather, play will continue unless the golf course is deemed unplayable and closed by TPC Las Vegas. Wind is not considered a condition of inclement weather. In the event of lightning, play may be suspended until such time as the threat of lightning has passed. If the group has played 6 holes or less a full refund will be issued. If the group has played 7-12 holes a 50% refund will be issued. If the group has played 13 holes or more there will be no refunds offered. Golf course closure is at the sole discretion of TPC.

The food and beverage portion of the event will continue as planned irrespective of the suspension and/or cancellation of golf. There is no provision for continuing the food services to a later date. The event will be responsible for all food and beverage charges as contracted.

DRESS POLICY

All guests, volunteers, and vendors associated with the event are expected to adhere to the Club’s dress code policies. Specifically, acceptable golf attire which includes a collared shirt, slacks or Bermuda length shorts. Denim of any kind, t-shirts, tank tops, cutoffs, tennis, running or other athletic attire are inappropriate forms of dress for both the clubhouse and the golf course. Any person not properly attired will not be allowed to play or participate in the event until their dress meets the Club’s dress code standards. The use of non-metal spikes is required on the golf course at all times. Metal spike alternatives are available for purchase in the Golf Shop.

Policies and Procedures

DIRECTIONS TO TPC LAS VEGAS

From the Middle or North End of the Las Vegas StripTaking the I-15 north toward Salt Lake City, you will merge onto US-95 north by way of exit 42A. Head north on US-95 until you reach the Summerlin Parkway Exit 81A. Take the Summerlin Parkway west to Rampart and then exit. Make a left onto Rampart and continue south approximately 1/2 a mile until you reach Canyon Run Drive. You will see the JW Marriott on your right. At the traffic light, make a right onto Canyon Run Drive. TPC Las Vegas is located approximately 1.5 miles up on your left hand side.

From the South End of the Las Vegas StripTaking the 215 west from the south end of the Strip, continue on the 215 until you reach Town Center Drive. Making a right onto Town center Drive and heading north, you will enter your first of two circles. Continue through the first circle, staying on Town Center Drive. Upon reaching the second circle, stay to the far right and you will merge directly onto Canyon Run Drive. The TPC Las Vegas will be 1/4 mile up on your right hand side.
