S.P.H.E. You are all very kind and caring. In a time when there is a lot of upset happening in the world,
it might be nice for us to try to do something positive in our own homes. Try this simple activity
this week. Try to do something particularly kind for someone and keep track on this
worksheet. No need to print this out, just create a similar template yourself on a page. Even
though you may not be able to see all of your family and friends yet, you can still complete the
activity from a distance. It might something as simple as writing a letter to your Granny with
some news and nice words in it. Technology is wonderful, but there is still something lovely
about receiving a letter in the post!
