Dear Ms. Jones:

Yes, we have a room available for your banquet.

1. On April 15, 2015, the Hilltop room, which seats 300, is available from 8 a.m.

until 4 p.m. Confirm your event in a timely manner, because we will reserve this

room for you until March 15, 2015.

2. The room has audiovisual equipment. Use of the projector normally costs $150,

but we will offer you a 50% discount, making it $75. Our Guest Services

Manager, Ron Reynolds, will assist you in setting up your equipment.

3. Here are a few of our lunch options, prices include tax and gratuity.

a. Chicken breast with green beans and a baked potato, $16 a plate.

b. Roast beef with carrots and a baked potato, $18 a plate.

c. Add a slice of apple pie or chocolate fudge brownie to one of our

entrees, $2 each.

We look forward to holding your event in our Hilltop room, which is being held no

longer than March 15, 2015, unless confirmation is made by you. Let your guests enjoy
