Anti-Discrimination Act 1977
VARIATION OF EXEMPTION ORDER
Under the provisions of section 126 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW) the
exemption Order granted to Australian Indigenous Minority Supplier Office trading
as Supply Nation on 29 April 2019 is HEREBY VARIED as follows
1 With effect from the date of this Order the exemption Order of 29 April 2019
is amended to permit Australian Indigenous Minority Supplier Office trading
as Supply Nation to designate and recruit the positions of
bull Manager Indigenous Business Engagement
bull Manager Certification and Audit
bull Manager Programs and
bull Manager Partnerships
for Aboriginal andor Torres Strait Islander persons only
2 The duration of the exemption remains the same and will remain in force until the 28 April 2029
