A. Equity Investment - Project Funding: We are an Investment Trust. Whilst many of our activities are the same as the investment banking firms - we invest and assist with investments in conjunction with International partners in selected projects. We also have strategic alliances with Investment Trusts and Loan Capital groups in the USA, Europe and Asia.We will invest in projects directly through the Client Project Owner/Developer. Our main activities are Infrastructure, Mining, Oil and Gas, Energy (Power Stations), Renewable Energy (Solar Wind etc.), Property Development and associated industries. Geographically, we are currently focusing on West and Central Africa, AEC Asian Nations with China. BUT, we will also look at any investment opportunity from other parts of the world.

B. Facilitation Charges, Commissions, NCA’s, NCNDA’s Etc.: We will not sign NCA’s, NCNDA’s etc., as this is what is done by the commission agents and brokers within any deal.

C. GPL will charge usual 1% (One Per-Centum) of funds as commission . If the Client Project Owner/Developer Executive Summary {Pro Forma attached {only attached Executive Summary Pro Forma is acceptable For Processing} is accepted, terms agreed and funding is closed successfully.

D. Please send: (D.1) The Client Project Owner/Developer duly completed Executive Summary {Pro Forma attached {only attached Executive Summary Pro Forma is acceptable For Processing} and (D.2) The Client Project Owner/Developer Letter of Authority, duly signed, authorizing payment of the 1% (one per-centum) of funds to GPL instructions, if terms agreed and funding is closed successfully. (Kindly send Draft Letter of Authority Template for Review).Or, (D.3) The Agreement between the Client Project Owners/Developers and GPL duly signed by the Client Project Owners/Developers, authorizing the payment of 1% (one per-centum) of funds to GPL instructions if terms agreed and funding is closed successfully. (Kindly send Draft Agreement Template for review).

Please sort out your commissions directly with the Client Project Owners/Developers yourself, as it is not anything to do with us as the investor. If you have signed an agreement with the Client Project Owners/Developers re your commission and if you wish that we pay same directly to you, you may send it and we will transfer same to you per your instructions.

or D3.). Please include background information both on the owners and the project funding requirement ($US or Euro) including use of funds. KINDLY ensure that you state the amount of Investment Funds required and include a detailed USE OF INVESTMENT FUNDS SCHEDULE. Particularly the amount required.

Once I have that I will discuss with the Trustees at the Investment Trust and if they are interested in an investment; they will get back directly to the Client Project Owner/Developer.

Look forward to hearing from you when you have returned Client Project Owner/Developer Executive Summary duly completed {Executive Summary Pro Forma attached {only attached Executive Summary is acceptable For Processing} together with above D2 or D3.
