New Applications
Division of Enrollment Management
New Applications – Policy Changes
• One App, One Fee - Only one program with one fee can
be applied for at a time. Many fields can be reused to fill
out additional applications with corresponding additional
fees
• Application Deadlines – The application will “turn off”
after drop/add of that specific term. For example, the
Spring 2018 term will only be available through drop/add
of the Spring 2018 term
Division of Enrollment Management
New Applications – Policy Changes
• No paper applications! Readmissions and postbac are now online
• Graduate Readmission – Missing two or more consecutive terms and
re-applying to the same degree program/level previously attended.
Therefore, someone that is graduating with a masters and going right
into a PhD program without missing terms would not be considered
readmissions (this is a Change of Degree). If that person misses two
or more terms and is moving into a new level (from masters to PhD),
this would be a NEW graduate application not readmissions
• Gatorlink – Accounts will now only be available at the time of
admission. Applicants will check their application status using their
CollegeNET sign-on credentials
