kronenhof spa – things worth knowingPlease note To let us best meet your individual needs we kindly ask you to inform our Spa therapists of any special problem zones, sensitive areas, injuries and health-relevant conditions. Please mention if you suffer from high blood pressure, diabetes or cardiovascular problems, whether you have recently undergone surgery or are pregnant. Also, do not forget to indicate any medicines you may be taking and let us know before beginning your treatment if you have a cold, headache, flu or skin rash. Information of this kind is important because treatment may exacerbate the health risk or the complaint concerned.

Who will help me choose the treatment that is best for me?To help you achieve the greatest possible benefit, our Spa team will gladly advise you and create your own personal programme. We look forward to assisting you.

How do I book my treatments?We recommend you reserve your Spa dates when you make your hotel reservation. Book early to allow us to accommodate your wishes. Once at the hotel, reservations at the Spa are subject to availability.

Is there a minimum age for treatments?Our treatments are available for people from 14 years of age.

When and how do I arrive for the treatment and what should I wear?Please arrive at the Spa five minutes prior to your appointment. Delays would affect the duration of your treatment - the next guest expects to be treated on time. In the Spa area please wear a bathrobe. Disposable panties are available at the beginning of all treatments.

What about children?Our water in motion area is open to children from 10 years of age, the sauna and fitness areas to children 14 years and older, accompanied by a parent. We ask that you never leave your children unsupervised in the pool and that they do not jump into the pool. For reasons of hygiene, pool nappies (diapers) are manda-tory for small children. To make your stay at Kronenhof Spa more relaxing, please respect other guests’ desire to peace and quiet.
