« J’aimerais souligner toute l’importance de l’open data pour le développement économique de la Région et la qualité de vie des Bruxellois. Il s’agit en grande partie de créer un cadre propice à l’émergence de nouvelles initiatives bruxelloises, intéressantes au niveau économique et en termes d’emploi. C’est pour cela que j’accueille avec plaisir l’arrivée de cet European Data Innovation Hub et je remercie ses instigateurs. En poursuivant dans cette dynamique, nous pourrons sans doute faire ensemble de Bruxelles la capitale européenne de l’open data. »
