Dating back over four generations, the

Zorzi passion started when Corado Zorzi

first saw the work of Andrea Palladio,

while working in the family business in

Italy in the early 1900’s. Born in 1576,

many consider Andrea Palladio to be the

grandfather of residential Architecture,

having created such iconic residences

as the Villa Valmarana ai Nani near

Vincenza, in 1670.

With a modern classic style throughout, Orana is a fusion of styles. The bold stone blades on the front façade provide real street presence, a sense of strength and stability while functioning as a dramatic entry statement to the home via 1.5m wide timber framed pivot door.

The ground floor opens up through a spacious entry with a custom feature cellar and a study that has the capacity to double as a large guest suite with private ensuite and extensive built in robes.

Beyond a central 2m wide cavity sliding door that separates entry from entertaining is the kitchen, dining and living area which are all open plan with high ceilings and lead out to the expansive alfresco through frameless bi-fold doors, flush mounted, to provide a sense of indoor/outdoor living.

A double garage that leads through the scullery to the kitchen and through to the laundry is a very efficient and practical design. The upper floor starts with a central open format landing with custom feature cabinetry. The multiple junior suites and open living area, which could also be converted to another bedroom, are zoned away from the master suite.
