nICKeL & nICKeL KeLham VIneyard2011. Exotic aromas of earth, herb and tar continue to evolve in the glass. On the palate, this wine opens with wild berry fruits, herbs, tobacco and pepper. The French oak adds a lovely toast and char component which complements the fruit, while rounded tannins allow this wine to be enjoyed earlier than normal for this vineyard.Value $123

nICKeL & nICKeL tenCh VIneyard2011. Presents beautiful aromas and flavors of berry and blueberry – characteristics that define this special terroir along with hints of mineral from the soil and vanilla from the French oak. This wine strikes a beautiful balance between fruit and structure, providing integrated and elegant tannins.Value $123

nICKeL & nICKeL state ranCh2011. A beautiful garnet color with bright, enticing aromas and flavors. Juicy berry fruits, chocolate, vanilla, dried herbs and char blend together in harmony on a soft, velvety texture. The tannins are incredibly supple and long, adding to the warmth and elegance of the wine.Value $115

Cenyth red BLend2009. Beginning with a brilliant dark ruby color and garnet edges, the 2009 Cenyth shows a nose of black cherry, red currant, mocha, slight peppermint, cigar box, and vanilla notes. It is round and full bodied, with silky tannins and a velvety palate of vibrant red fruits. With a well-balanced acidity, the finish is long and fresh. Value $115

VIader dare CaBernet2012. The DARE Cabernet Sauvignon emits concentrated aromas of ripe black cherry, dark currant, tobacco and cedar notes with faint hints of caramel. On the mid-palate, the vibrant tannins and well-integrated oak flavors give the impression that the wine is lightly dancing over one’s taste buds. Firm tannins grace the finish.Value $115

FLOWers PInOt nOIr sea VIeW rIdGe estate 2011. Deep red color with a brick rim. Aromas are floral and fruit dominant consisting of raspberry and bing cherry with subtle hints of cedar, allspice and anise. The whole cluster element provides spiciness on the palate with smooth texture and hints of minerality that leads to an acid-driven lingering finish.Value $108

staGLIn saLus CaBernet sauVIGnOnThe evocatively dark hued 2011 Salus Cabernet Sauvignon has an animated, high-toned nose of red currants and blackberries deepened by notes of menthol laden lavender, loose tobacco and raw cedar. The seamless palate of wild cherries, Arctic raspberries and black currants reveals spicy layers of Bay leaf, cinnamon and spearmint that give lift to an elegantly balanced exit of subtle, fine grained tannins that are enlivened by refreshing acidity. This supple and silky wine drinks well now but should reward a little cellar time with additional roundness and complexity.Value $108

BenI dI BatasIOLO BarOLO BOsCaretO2007. The color is deep garnet red with orange reflections accented with shades of pink and purple. Intense and persistent, ethereal with notes of fruit and dried flowers. It has evident aromas of sweet spice, toast and leather. FOunders BreWInG KBs- (KEnTuCKY BREAKFAST STOuT)100pOInTS Beer Advocate Kentucky Breakfast Stout is an imperial stout with loads of coffee and chocolate. The base beer is then aged in the caves beneath Grand Rapids for a year. Several websites and publications, including RateBeer.com, have listed KBS as the best, or one of the best, beers in the world.

neW hOLLand BreWInG InCOrrIGIBLe 96pOInTS Beer Advocate

Pours a light pink with no head. Aroma of berries, funk and sour wheat. Taste is sour wheat, berries, bread and funk. Really nice combo of flavors.

aLasKan BreWInG smOKed POrter The dark, robust body and pronounced smoky flavor of this limited edition beer make it an adventuresome taste experience. Alaskan Smoked Porter is produced in limited “vintages” each year on november 1 and unlike most beers, may be aged in the bottle much like fine wine.

sIerra neVada BreWInG COmPany narWhaL This deliciously dark treat is our bold narwhal Imperial Stout aged in oak Kentucky bourbon barrels. This intense stout is incredibly complex with notes of dark chocolate, rich roasted grains, and espresso seamlessly blended with hints of vanilla and toasted coconut with a slight touch of honey from aging in the oak spirit casks. nearly as rare as its nautical namesake, try it out while you can because, like the creature itself, it will disappear into the blackness soon and leave nary a trace behind.

BeLLs BreWery saturnSaturn is a bourbon barrel aged barleywine loaded with notes of toffee, caramel, oak and vanilla that finishes with a warming touch.

BreWery VIVant WIzard BurIaL GrOundWizard Burial Ground is a bourbon barrel-aged Belgian quadruple style beer. Something magical happens to this beer during its long contact with the wood. The alcohol content of the beer pulls the bourbon, vanilla, & charred oak notes out of the barrels and melds it with the caramel richness of the quad.
