productive Sales Leaders who will provide regular and rewarding support to help them achieve their goals, and recognise them when they do.

We know that when a Rep is supported, they feel valued, earn more and stay with us for longer. It is important for all our Reps to have the benefit of a leader and mentor, combined with the continued

support from Avon, so that they have the tools and encouragement they need to maintain and grow their business.

To qualify for the Q3 Rep Migration Programme you must have had 3 personal appointments in C10, each with sales over £87 (exc. Starter Kit).

Your new Reps must place an order in their second campaign of C11, C12 or C13 (over £87) having placed an order in their first campaign over £87 (exc. Starter Kit).

Reps that have been inactive for 3 or more campaigns, returning in C11 or C12 with award sales over £87 in 2 consecutive campaigns will also count!

For every achieving Rep, you will have a Rep transferred into your team.

In this document we set out our recommended best practices in line with Avon training available for your use.

Focusing on recruiting as many new Reps and retaining at least 60% of them, will not only help you make the most out of the Rep Migration Programme but, it will also grow your business and of course earn more!

How can you be successful and have Reps transferred to your team?This is Avon meetings: I will ask my BDM if I can attend my next local meeting and bring people with me, or even host my own!

Recruitment events: I will speak to my BDM to find out what local events are already planned that I can join. Are there any that I can plan myself?

Networking: Who do I know that would like to join my team?

Referrals: Can any of my Reps or customers recommend anybody?

Online recruitment: How many ads do I need to post each week?

How can I make my content stand out from the crowd?

Planning: I’ll make sure I’ve planned my actions for my next two campaigns of recruitment with my downloadable planning tool.

Every new Rep should be able to launch their own business to meet their own goals, supported by training aligned to our Avon values. We have guidelines for you to work with for both the appointment and follow up process, which are outlined in the Effective Calls Guide*. Direct your new Reps to The Learning Hub, where they will find all the training materials to get them off to a great start and support them through their first 90 days with Avon.

A key part of retention is to recognise our Reps on their achievements but don’t forget to recognise the actions as well, no matter how small. This could be done on your active management call as well as in one or more of the following ways:• Team newsletter

Pre-Qualification

1. To qualify the Sales Leader must have 3 or more LOA1s with C10 award sales over £87 (excluding starter kit cost)

2. The new Reps must have been personally appointed by the Sales Leader

3. All orders need to be paid within 13 days of invoice

4. Open to all Sales Leaders

5. Any Trainee Sales Leader must return their signed Sales Leader Agreement to Avon by the end of Campaign 10, by 15:30 on 27 June 2019 to be eligible

6. Only Sales Leaders who meet the criteria will be eligible for the next phase of the Rep Migration Programme

7. DAC orders are included in the programme from the date of invoice rather than the date it is placed

8. LOA2’s in C11 with award sales over £87 (having had LOA1 award sales over £87 in C10, exc. Starter Kit) will result in the Sales Leader achieving

9. LOA1’s in C11 and LOA2’s in C12 with award sales over £87 in each will result in the Sales Leader achieving

10. LOA1’s in C12 and LOA2’s in C13 with award sales over £87 in each will result in the Sales Leader achieving

11. Each qualifying LOA2 will result in the transfer of a Rep from Avon to the Sales Leaders team

12. President’s Club Reps under a Business Development Manager will not be transferred to any Sales Leader as part of the Rep Migration Programme

13. Sales Leaders under a Business Development Manager will not be transferred to any Sales Leader as part of the Rep Migration Programme

14. Reps transferred from a Business Development Manager to a Sales Leader will be determined based on Avon’s discretion and Avon’s decision will be final

15. The Reps that Sales Leaders will inherit may not be from an area that the Sales Leader lives in

16. Re-instatements are included in the programme

17. 17. Removed Reps (inactive for 3 or more campaigns) returning with award sales over £87 in C11 and C12 each will result in the Sales Leader achieving

18. Removed Reps (inactive for 3 or more campaigns) returning with award sales over £87 in C12 and C13 each will result in the Sales Leader achieving

19. Each qualifying reinstated Rep will result in the transfer of a Rep from Avon to the Sales Leaders team

20. The transfer of Reps will take place in the 2nd campaign after the criteria was met:

a. Sales Leaders with LOA1s in C10 (with LOA1 award sales over £87, exc Starter Kit) that reached LOA2 in C11 (with LOA2 award sales over £87) will receive Reps from Avon in C13

b. Sales Leaders with LOA1s in C11 (with LOA1 award sales over £87, exc Starter Kit) that reached LOA2 in C12 (with LOA2 award sales over £87) will receive Reps from Avon in C14

c. Sales Leaders with LOA1s in C12 (with LOA1 award sales over £87, exc Starter Kit) that reached LOA2 in C13 (with LOA2 award sales over £87) will receive Reps from Avon in C15

d. Sales Leaders with reinstated Reps in C11 (with award sales over £87 in both C11 & C12) will receive Reps from Avon in C14

e. Sales Leaders with LOA1s in C12 (with award sales over £87 in both C12 & C13) will receive Reps from Avon in C15

21. All orders need to be paid within the Reps payment terms

22. Open to all Sales Leaders who achieved pre-qualification

23. DAC orders are included in the programme from the date of invoice rather than the date it is placed

24. Avon has the right, in its absolute discretion, to stop, modify, suspend or extend this programme

25. Sales Leaders are required to uphold the Avon Values and Sales Leadership Business Principles at all times, including in relation to the programme. Avon reserves the right to disqualify Sales Leaders from participation if Avon deems, in its absolute discretion, there to have been any malpractice, or manipulation of results in order to achieve in the programme.
