1.ICT is accepted in Kenya as the pillars in moving the country to full potential, industrialization and self reliance.2.The country is on track 4 Green initiatives for ICT and by ICT.3.The Regulatory efforts should be enhanced to ensure compliance.

Recommendations
1.Need for more entities to join the ICT savvy bracket for broader adaptation.2.Adoption of PPP models in combating negative CC & ICT adaptation. 3.The tempo picked in adaptation should be maintained.
