Esta torre de iluminación ha sido diseñada,fabricada y puesta a prueba parasatisfacer las normas europeas vigentes ypara reducir al mínimo los riesgoseléctricos en cumplimiento de las leyesactuales.

3. DESCRIPCiÓN GENERAL DE LA MÁQUINA - GENERALDESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE

La torre faro modelo TF 5.5mt es una torrede iluminación diseñada teniendo encuenta tres características fundamentales:

• dimensiones bastante limitadas• alta fiabilidad• calidad de los materiales de

construcción

Los materiales de construcción no sólopermiten que la torre sea muy robusta,sino que constituyen por ellos mismos unagarantía de longevidad, puesto que dichosmateriales no sufren daño alguno de losfenómenos de deterioro como la oxidación.La posibilidad de bajar la torre es un factorfundamental por lo que se refiere aldesplazamiento y al transporte. La torrefaro puede ser usada por un solo operadorcon máxima seguridad. Los focos, queincluyen la lámpara, utilizados en las torresfaro además de ser suministrados por losmejores fabricantes tienen el cableado aregla de arte y son controlados con granprecisión.

• SEGURIDAD: la carga siempre estásegura gracias al freno automáticoa presión con dispositivo contra eldesenrollado; el reductor estácolocado apartado de todaimpureza; la nueva tapa situadalateralmente elimina las aristas yprotege de las protuberancias .

• SOLIDEZ: un nuevo procedimientode construcción con la ayuda demáquinas CNC garantiza la máximacalidad y solidez, gracias también aluso de nuevos materialesapreciados; la vida del canrestantees más larga gracias a la solidez delmarco.

DURACiÓN: la protección de lasuperficie externa se ha mejoradogracias a una nueva galvanizaciónamarilla. Los elementos de frenonecesitan mantenimiento (ver libro).

NOTA: Es importante que el instaladorno ponga en marcha la máquina si porcualquier motivo hay piezas noconformes o defectuosas, hasta quese hayan resuelto estos problemas encolaboración con el personal deGreymo S.A ..

6. ISTRUCCIONES PARA EL USO - OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

6.1 COMPROBACIONES PREVIAS - CONTROL BEFORE TO USE

Una vez efectuada la instalación, esobligatorio que todas las piezas de lamáquina

• Estén perfectamente íntegras (singrietas ni defecto alguno,especialmente el cabrestante deelevación, el cable de elevación ydescenso, las secciones de tubos ylos faros).

• Sean conformes en todo loespecificado en el manual en todossus elementos.

En el caso en que algunas piezas seandefectuosas o no sean conformes con lasespecificaciones del manual competirá alinstalador notificarlo inmediatamente aGreymo S.A. cual determinará la soluciónmás rápida y conveniente posible pararesolver los problemas.

6.2 PREPARACiÓN PARA EL USO DE LA TORRE FARO - INSTRUCTlON FOR THEUSE OF THE L1GHTING TOWER

1. Extraer los estabilizadores y lostirantes.

2. Fijar la anilla de los tirantes en laschavetas correspondientes.

3. Hacer girar los tirantes hastaconseguir el equilibrio y laestabilidad de la torre.

4. Izar la unidad de los focos en elextremo de la torre.

5. Introducir el cable del alargo en losaros correspondientes para evitarestorbos.

6. Elevar la torre a la altura deseadautilizando el cabrestante manualcon freno automático girando lamanivela en el sentido de las agujasdel reloj. Una vez alcanzada laaltura máxima indicada por elconstructor, las secciones separarán y será imposible seguiraccionando el cabrestante. Paracerrar la torre girar la manivela delcabrestante en el sentido contrarioa las agujas del reloj hasta que lassecciones telescópicas n02-3-4queden dentro de la primerasección.

7. Número de matrícula

ADVERTENCIA:

Los dos tornillos de cabeza hexagonalcolocados en la primera sección tubularde acero inoxidable a unos 12 cm delcabrestante, sirven de freno de seguridad.Por ello será necesario comprobar lasujeción perfecta de los mismos antes decada uso de la torre.

6. Raise the tower to the bestsolution used the manual winchrotating the handle in rightdirection. Arrived to the maximumheight indicated from theconstructor the te/escopic sectionsstop to rise and will resultimpossible continue to operate onthe winch. For close the towerrotate the handle of the manualwinch in left direction until thetelescopic section number 2-3-4are contain in to the first section.

7. Serial number

NOTICE:

The two grub-screw situated on the firsttubular section of stain lees steel about

12 cm to the winch, act to securitystandstills. Is necessary therefore acontrol, before the utilize the tower, oftheir perfect fixing.

6.3 CONEXiÓN ELÉCTRICA - ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

• Comprobar el buen estado del cableen dotación en todas sus partes y acontinuación conectarlo a un

enchufe de tipo normalizado (o detodos modos que cumpla lanormativa vigente en el estadodonde se halle).

• La sección mínima de los cables deconexión se debe escoger enfunción de la tensión, la potencianominal y la distancia entre lafuente y el elemento que usa laelectricidad.

• Comprobar que la tensión y lafrecuencia de funcionamiento de laslámparas correspondan a la tensióny la frecuencia de la instalaciónutilizada.

• Conectar la máquina a unainstalación según normativa y conun interruptor diferencialautomático.

• Todas las piezas que tengantensión deberán tener una toma detierra.

• Todos los cables de conexión

(fases + toma de tierra) tienen queestar conectados de modo que nose puedan arrancar ni dañar enmodo alguno.

• Una vez en marcha, colocar elinterruptor general en la posición 1.

9. GARANTíA - GUARANTEE

Greymo S.A. garantiza sus productos, siempreque no sean modificados, por un período de12 (doce) meses a partir de la fecha deentrega al cliente usuario.

Durante este tiempo, en los países dondeexista una organización de asistencia, GreymoS.A. se compromete a substituir o reparar laspiezas dañadas por defecto de origen dematerial, elaboración y/o montaje a través desus propios talleres autorizados.

La decisión sobre la reparación o la sustituciónde las piezas defectuosas será a la enteradiscreción de Greymo S.A. o de los talleresautorizados.

La garantía en el resto del mundo consisteexclusivamente en el suministro gratuito de laspiezas que se consideren no utilizables pordefecto comprobado de origen. La garantía seaplicará previo examen de los materialesdefectuosos por parte de Greymo S.A.. Losgastos de viaje y dietas del personal queefectúe la reparación en garantía correrán acargo del usuario, así como los gastos deembalaje y transporte tanto de las piezasdefectuosas como de las sustituidas. En

ninguno de los casos previstos el compradorpodrá exigir la disolución del contrato o unresarcimiento por daños por la imposibilidadde utilizar la máquina.La presente garantía no se aplica a lasbaterías de arranque ni a los motores diesel ogasolina montados en los aparatos GreymoS.A., para los cuales intervendrá directamenteel fabricante:La garantía será invalidada cuando:

el cliente no cumple con susobligaciones de pagos de acuerdo conel contrato.

se manipulen los sellos colocados enfábrica.se realicen desmontajes, reparacioneso modificaciones por personal que nopertenezca a la red de asistencia deGreymo S.A..se utilice el aparato de modo incauto onegligente.

The choice if to execute a repair or to replacea damages pieces it's to judgment of theGreymo S.A.. or the authorized workshops.

The guarantee in the rest of the worldconsists exclusively in the free supply ofpieces revealed more usable for notassessed origin defect. The guarantee isapplied after a examination of the materia/sdamaged by the. The guarantee is appliedafter a examination of the materia/s damagedby the. complied the payment obligationthe Greymo S.A. sea/s has beentempered.repairs or modifications have beencarried out from staff not pertaining tothe network of attendance Greymo S.A..the materia/s has been used in wayincautious or negligent
