Active SeniorsGentle exercises including strength work with hand weights, steps, cross-training and stretching.

Active Seniors AquarobicsA gentle water-based exercise class designed specifically for seniors. Working at a lower intensity and using aerobic moves to improve or maintain cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. Performed in shallow to middle depth water to support the body and provide resistance.

Active Seniors CircuitA series of cardio, strength and balance exercise stations with varying intensity options.

AquarobicsA water based exercise class designed to help improve balance, agility, posture, flexibility and core strength. The class is a mix of cardio and conditioning. The water environment reduces impact on the body allowing it more accessible for people with injuries.

- a Les Mills classThe high-energy, martial arts-inspired, non-contact workout. Punch, kick and strike your way to fitness.

Athletic - Less dance, more power. Old Skool - A blast from the past with older BodyStep Releases.

Cardio Boxing A series of boxing and cardio exercises designed to build muscle strength, balance, agility and coordination. The class will be varied to suit available training space on day.

Circuit MixA full body workout that will improve your strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness. Our Instructors incorporate a wide variety of exercises, stationary circuit machines, outdoor exercise and TRX to ensure a fun workout while maximising your fitness goals.

CORE Targeting abdominals, obliques, glutes, quads, hamstrings and Lower back. This is a great entry level to advanced class aimed at improving overall core stability and tone.

CycleA non-choreographed cycle class to upbeat music that will burn unwanted calories and tone the body.

Exer-heartbeat CircuitA low to moderate intensity workout combining cardio and resistance training targeting those with heart conditions, diabetes, obesity and general health concerns - medical practitioner clearance advisable.

FitkidsFitKidz is a fun and engaging fitness program designed for 5-12 year olds. Our aim is to get your children having FUN whilst EXERCISING. There will never be a dull moment whilst we expose them to a wide variety of activities based around fitness. This class is FREE for any child who’s parent has an active membership at our Centres.

Freestyle AerobicsA cardio and strength exercise class involving some power walking/running and hand weights.
