GS Kangnam Tower

SWA provided schematic landscape design services

in association with Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill for a

new corporate high rise headquarters for the Lucky

Goldstar Group. The building is situated in an area

of Seoul known as Kangnam on its most prestigious

boulevard, Teheranno. The landscape design at the

base of the tower is composed of four major spaces:

the Sunken Pool Garden at the southwest corner, the

Bamboo Garden Court on the northwest corner, the

Arrival Plaza at the mid level of the tower lobby and

the Art Hall Garden on the third level of the northeast

corner.
