OFFICIAL FREIGHT FORWARDERS & SITE HANDLING AGENTS.

Matters concerning freight forwarding should be addressed to the respective agents in the shipping line,

or to the Official Freight Forwarders:

Exhibitors can arrange to choose their own freight forwarder for transportation of exhibits up to NSIC, Okhla.However, for smooth & orderly on-site handling MUST be done by the Official Freight Forwarder only.

If the exhibitors choose their own freight forwarder, the Organizer and the Official Freight Forwarder will not beresponsible for any over time charge in case of any delay due to whatever reason (such as custom permit and

clearance). Anyhow, please still inform us the name, address, fax and contact person of the forwarder. Besides,

detailed forwarding information should be submitted to the Official Freight Forwarder for their record.

ATA CARNET FACILITY

The facility of duty free temporary import will be available only to foreign exhibitors/ participants, who have

confirmed their participation by remitting participation fee in foreign exchange. Temporary import will be allowed

under ATA Carnet System and / or against Undertakings, Bond or Bank Guarantee as required by the customs

authorities in India.

1. EXHIBITION ACTIVITES (DATE AND OPENING HOURS)

No material will be allowed to be brought inside the halls after 16:00 Hrs. on 28-02-13

The security would seal the halls and re-open on 01-03-13 at 09:30 am for exhibitors to Occupy the Booths

The overnight setup is not permitted and any extension beyond the aforesaid time limits for the

setting up or dismantling phase shall not be permitted.

Move Out: Feb. 04 - 05, 2013

Closing of exhibition04-03-13 Exhibitors are allowed to pack and hand carry small exhibits wi th valid exit passes 19:00-22:00 hrs.

Note : Use of forklift truck or crane is not allowed on 04-03-13. No Material Other than small hand carried Items.permitted to be moved out on 04- 03-2013 FROM THE MATERIAL OUT GATE ONLY.

05-03-13 Dismantling of booths and complete move out of machines & materials 09:00-22:00 hrs.

For Security Reasons & to avoid pilferage and theft exhibitors are requested to start packing their

material only after 19:30 hrs. on 04th March. (last day of exhibition) when all visitors are expected to leave

the halls latest by 19:00 hrs.

3. RAW SPACE BOOTHSRaw Space(Bare Space Exhibitors) using other than GTE approved contractor. The contractor will have to deposit Non-refundable registration charges of Rs. 10,000/- + Applicable Taxes.

Temporary Power Connection For Booth Fabrication period must be obtained For Set UP @ The Cost of Rs. 5000/- by prior arrangement.Raw space (Bare space) exhibitors using their own contractor are requested to submit their orders to official constructor for all electrical, water services for timely execution and safety. Only chalk marked bare space & catalogue entry will be provided. Bare Space does not include any of the items provided with shell scheme.

(No Heavy machine will be allowed in side the hall after 27th Feb, midnight)

4. RULES AND REGULATIONS OF BOOTH DESIGN

a) The height limitation for booth construction of special design is 11feet, and the height limitation of exhibits is3 mtr. (Please contact the Organizers if the exhibit' height is more than 10 ft)

b) Minimum 5 K.W Electrical Charges of ` 19250/- Plus Tax Applicable For Bare Space Towards Booth Lighting for the exhibition period.

c) All materials used in booth construction and decoration must be properly fire-proofed in accordance withgeneral regulations of fire safety.

d) Suspensions from the ceilings of the Exhibition Halls / Hangers are available by request on payment of charges.

e) Exhibitors who take "Raw space" adjacent to another booth must provide their own wall panel. They are notpermitted to use the reverse of the neighbor's wall. Exposed portion should be properly covered and painted.

f) If exhibitors use their own fabricator, it is requested to ensure that contractors submit detailed plans of theirbooth construction to the Organizer for approval so as to prevent any costly alterations on site.

2 copies of the finalized exhibition floor layout, with the contractors' details, are to be submitted for approval20 days before the exhibition. The organizers reserve the right to request the exhibitors to alter their boothdesign if their booth structure causes obstruction to other exhibitors.

g) The overnight setup is not permitted and any extension beyond the aforesaid time limits for the setting up or

dismantling phase shall not be permitted.

5. SHELL SCHEME (FURNISHED CONSTRUCTED BOOTHS)Every 9 sqm standard furnished constructed booth includes the following items:

6. INSURANCE, LIABILITY AND RISKS

a. Exhibitors are strongly advised to insure their exhibits and other valuable items placed at theExhibition Venue.

b. The venue management, Organizers and Sponsors will not be liable to any damage/injury/fire/floor/claims/ loss/ theft of exhibits & personal properties, Public Liability (third party) insurance and accidents

liability, it's the responsibility of exhibitors' to cover all with their own insurance.

c. All Exhibitors shall ensure, indemnify and not to hold the Organizers, Sponsors and the Venue owner harmlessin respect of all costs claimed by any persons for items at the Exhibition Venue during the, Move-In and Move-out periods.

d. Booths and other facilities rented from the Official Contractor by the Exhibitors should be returned ingood condition. Exhibitors will be held responsible for any damages incurred during the period of use.

7. RULES AND REGULATIONS IN THE EXHIBITION HALLS/ HANGERS

a. Electricity Installation

i. No contractor, other than the Official Contractor, is allowed to carry out any installation workconcerning the supply of electricity at the exhibition site.

ii. During the move-in and move-out periods, temporary electricity supply can be arranged by applyingto the Official Contractor. 15 days advance notice with extra charges.

iii. Electricity will be shut off 30 minutes after the closing of the Exhibition on all four days.

iv. No more than one extension cord shall be connected to any one socket.

b. Use of Industrial Gas

i. The use of industrial gas of a flammable or toxic nature for demonstration purposes is strictlyprohibited at the exhibition site.

ii. Smoking is prohibited inside the Exhibition Halls/ Hangers.

iii. Explosives & Dangerous Materials: explosives, detonating, fumigating, or inflammable materialsand all dangerous, harmful, objectionable or obnoxious substances are strictly prohibited.

c. Demonstration and Operation of Exhibits.

i. Ensure that the exhibits are operated under strictly controlled and safe conditions.

ii. Ensure that the exhibits are equipped with safety devices.

iii. Adequately safeguard all moving parts of your machinery against injury to visitors. Exhibitors areadvised to ensure that moving exhibits are kept out of the reach of visitors.

iv. Exhibitors are liable for the removal and disposal of waste materials generated by workingdemonstration of exhibits.

v. Cause no annoyance to visitors or other exhibitors. Acceptable noise level will be at the Organizers'discretion. In the case of complaints raised which the Organizers find justifiable, the Organizersreserve the right to impose limitation of the operation of noisy machinery and plasmas etc.

d. BOOTH OPERATION

i. All booths must be fully staffed and operational throughout the opening hours of the Exhibition

ii. All the Exhibitors' staff must wear Exhibitors' badges (issued by the Organizers) for identification/ Security

opening time and leave the Exhibition Hall/ Hanger not later than

iii. All activites of the Exhibitors and/or their staff must be confined to their booth area. No advertising orbusiness activity may take place elsewhere in the Exhibition Halls/ Hangers.

e. MOVEMENT AND HANDLING OF EXHIBIT MATERIALS

The movement and handling of heavy exhibits and materials, must be done through the freight and cargo entrance of theExhibition Halls/ Hangers. Only items which are easily hand carried will be allowed access through the front entrances.

8. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Delhi City is the same as any other major international city: Be cautious about your personal safety and use commonsense. It is not safe to wander around alone at night, especially in the darker streets. Please keep your eyes & ears open &be aware of your personal belongings when you are out in public and in crowded areas.

9. STORAGE FACILITIES

The Organizers have no obligation to provide any service for the on-site storage of Exhibitors' properties and exhibits.Prior arrangements must be made with the Official Freight Forwarder in regard to the safe-keeping of property. Exhibitorsshould avoid crowding their booths with extra material or empty cartons etc.

10. PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

Any promotional materials, such as films, video-cassettes, slides and printed materials, to be shown to the publicduring the exhibition must strictly be confined to Exhibitors booth only and should not contain any objectionablematerial or cause annoyance to other Exhibitors or Public.

11. CLEANING

The Organizers will be responsible for the General cleaning of public areas within the Exhibition Halls,Hangers e.g; gangways, Exhibitorscan have their booth or exhibition area cleaned by prior arrangement with the Official Contractor at their own cost.No unauthorized cleaners or helpers would be permitted entry in the Exhibition Halls/ Hangers.

12. SECURITY & THEFT PRECAUTIONS

Exhibitors are reminded to keep a close eye on their small exhibits & personnel property, valuable working models andother sophisticated items at their stand in the exhibition hall/ Hangers and beware of pickpockets, for those small display items,

please do not put them on the table, it should be put into the glass display showcase or use a chain to lock up.

Reputable security guards will be on duty day and night, but will not guarantee against any loss.

Lockable desks are available with booth contractors on rent.

Do’s and Don’ts during the show

During the set-up and dismantling stage of the booked period, the Exhibitorsare not allowed to make connection to the power network in floor ports and inw alls themselves. They shall be held responsible for any damage or loss caused due

During the setup, use of cutting/ drilling machines, welding, wood/ plasterpolishing and any other dust inducing works are not allowed inside the hall/Hangers.

Fire hydrants / fire exit should remain uncovered and accessible during theshow. Access can’t be blocked to power switching stations, hydrants, handfire-fighting equipment, fire alarm push-buttons, electric power switches, etc.

No exhibitor is allowed to install halogen or extra lights or power sockets withoutpermission of the organizer as it may result into short circuit.

The exhibitor shall not attach any elements of stand decorations, advertisements,flags, etc. to the Hanger/ Hall construction (ceiling, walls, railings, columns, etc.)without permission.

Smoking shall not be permitted inside the Hall / Hangers

Alcohol consumption is not allowed in the booked premises.

Exhibitors cannot dispose off waste materials hazardous to health and theenvironment (including oils, emulsions, acids, fats, varnishes, etc.) togetherwith other waste or via the drains.
