Guide lines for NIRAHARA SAMYAMA Level 1, 2 and 3 (INTRODUCTORY LEVEL) Nithyanandam (Eternal Bliss),Greetings. Nirahara Samyama is an ancient Vedic Science brought to you by a Rare Living Incarnation Paramahamsa Sri Nithyananda Swamiji to safely break away from Food and Hunger related patterns. Nirahara Samyama is not fasting , it is awakening of extraordinary powers of your body by a special process producing food directly from Nature. If you even awaken 50% that is 50% reduction in consumption , it will reduce sufferings of Body and Mind combination. Nirahara Samyama over the years practiced by thousands globally has proven as the safest and easiest way to break away from food related patterns and ailments like Obesity excessive body weight, Anorexia, Bulimia , Over eating, Craving for certain foods , Diabetes, PCO , Anemia and the list goes on.
