Safe Harbor Certification

Survey Analytics is certified under the U.S. Department of Commerce's SafeHarbor program. This certification is designed for organizations in the U.S.and EU that store customer data. It is intended to prevent accidentalinformation disclosure or loss and it certifies that we conduct business incompliance with European privacy laws. It also demonstrates ourcommitment to upholding the highest privacy standard and adhering tothe seven Safe Harbor principles: notice, choice, onward transfer, access,security, data integrity and enforcement.

SOC 2 Certification

Survey Analytics uses Internap data centers to houseall of your secure information. Internap NetworkServices Corporation is a provider of intelligent ITinfrastructure services and has successfully completedthe transition from SAS 70 to a Service OrganizationControls (SOC) Report, regarding the operations andcontrol structure in its company-controlled datacenters. Internap is one of the first known data centersto receive a report under the new SOC 2 Type IIstandard for controls at a service organization.

PCI DSS Certification

PCI DSS stands for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. Asmentioned before, we are PCI DSS compliant. This is used to ensure thatcredit card payments and their data are securely handled. This frameworkmust exist with a robust process to handle payments and credit card datasecurity. Companies with PCI DSS take measures to prevent, detect andreact to any security incidents in their payment system.

800-53a Low Risk Certification

This certification allows Survey Analytics to work within the U.S.Government and other Government Institutions around the world. It'sbetter known as the "Security and Privacy Controls for FederalInformation Systems and Organizations." This is regulated by theNational Institute of Standards and Technology. We were granted thisin 2013 with the help of the CDC being one of our customers and thisbeing important to them to work with us.

CloudFlare Certification

CloudFlare protects websites from a wide range of online threatsincluding spammers, SQL injections, excessive bot crawling and DDOSattacks. Survey Analytics has CloudFlare enabled to help protect usagainst all of these types of threats to keep our website and cloudenabled platform safe.
