Area to be covered in the reportThe report should contain the following contents. Write the report after careful observation and collection of information from the agency 1. An introduction about the agency, name location, address, year of establishment, registration detail, board/trustee, office bearer etc.

2. Over view of the organization: Vision and mission of the organization, resources, net work details, funds detail, project undertaken.3. Organizational structure (agency organizational chart, team organizational chart), resources, net work details, funds detail, project undertaken.4. General profile i.e. detail about the inmates of the organization 5. Major activities of the organization and the future plan.6. Role of the social worker in the organization 7. Skills learnt by the Trainee during the field work training8. copies of the various forms, returns, hand bills, poster, photographs, of the agency may be appended at the end of the report.
