PhD Program a) Only the in-service candidates are eligible to apply.

e) In-service candidates must attach a deputation order/evidence of deputation with the application form from his employer for the period of course and research works.

4. Information related to admission, course and examination procedure are available in the Graduate Catalogue.

5. Application form must be submitted in the academic section on or before 12/06/2017 during office time.

6. List of the selected candidates will be published in the notice board of academic section of BSMRAU on 15/06/2017 and admission will be held on 02/07/2017

7. Prior to admission the selected candidate shall deposit required fee in the Sonali Bank of BSMRAU branch.

8. Course enrolment should be furnished at the time of admission. Orientation of the admitted student will be held on 03/07/2017 (morning) and classes will be held on 03/07/2017 (afternoon).

9. The admission of a student shell automatically be cancelled if he/she fails to attend the classes within the first 14 (fourteen) days of the term of admission.

10. Each student must reside in Hall during study period. Rules regarding the hall/ residence may be found from the provost office.

11. Students enrolled in academic program (MS & PhD) of BSMRAU must not be involved in regular academic program of any other university/ institution.

12. A limited number of students will be awarded scholarship/ stipend in accordance with scholarship/ stipend rules of the university and availability of fund. Stipend is available from the first term of admission and scholarship is awarded from second term of admission.
