approximately 1-6 Agents per SA• Field train new Agents • Develop existing SAs and identify potential managers in your team

BENEFITS

• Build your team• Override commissions on your team• Opportunity to attend Leadership Academy 201 and 301• Increased residual income• Qualify for Convention based on your team’s results

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum $3,000 Annual Premium (AP) net submit in production on a 13-week average from Agents on the Supervising Agent’s team. The Supervising Agent’s personal production will be excluded from the $3,000 minimum

• Minimum 3 active Agents• Declines, Cancellations, and Not-Takens (DCN) and Persistency rate for all business written by

Agents on the Supervising Agent’s team must be better than the Company average• Must have completed Liberty Leadership Academy 101• Must be recommended by the Agency Owner and approved by the Home Office

Typically: 6-18 months

and 2-3 SAs supervising 1-6 Agents per SA.• Outline detailed plans to add another team within 6 months• Field train new Agents and SAs• Work with ADs to help grow satellite locations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Open a satellite office• Must be approved by the Home Office

Typically: 12-24 months

1-6 Agents per SA• Train new Agents and managers• Identify potential managers in your team for all leadership positions

BENEFITS

• Build your team• Override commissions on your team• Increased residual income• Qualify for Convention based on your team’s results

QUALIFICATIONS

• $175,000 FYA production in previous 12 months• Minimum of two active SAs• DCN and Persistency rate for all business by the AD’s team is better than the Company average• Attend Leadership Academy 101, 201, and 301• An expressed desire to become an Agency Owner• Must be approved by the Home Office

Typically: 2 years+
