To tie up with the Department of Capacity Building, Govt. Of Sikkim with Guru Gyan, A weekly talk show on Nayuma Television.

To telecast and produce episodes in which the Department Of Capacity Building is currently focused on developmental programs and currently running training courses across Sikkim

Who are we talking to?

Nayuma Television is the premier television channel in Sikkim which gives extensive and exclusive local coverage of news , information and entertainment.

Our intention is to support the Government’s efforts in making Sikkim a state whose people are skilled and employed . And to guide the young and budding minds to face the competition in Sikkim and the world.

Also to inform the public about the training facilities that the Government is providing and where can they avail these facilities from.(Still a lot many of people are unaware of the government efforts like: giving free training and job opportunities).

Nayuma Television will telecast this program to the entire Sikkim's viewers.

Objective:

To stimulate the youth community of Sikkim to take their life seriouslyAs there is a challenging and a

competitive world. And to prepare them with all the tools and options to remain competitive and not lag

behind any other .

We also intend to make them informed about the opportunities

and scope with regard to employment aspects.

Guru Gyan is a program dedicated to the development of education and guidance to the students fraternity in Sikkim. Its main focus is to start a constructive conversation with the local Academicians and Education enthusiasts on educational & career issues , through the medium of dialogue through Nayuma Television to its viewers. Guru Gyan Target audiences ranges from students to parents as well as the education fraternity.

Guru Gyan team consists of the core members who are highly qualified and experienced and the topics discussed are mainly in tackling problems, finding solution and also providing better directions to students and parents.

students audience 1 hour talk show Allocation of time during 45 min show:

5 min : Introduction of the panels experts and students 20 minutes: discussion on the topic and experts views

and clippings/video footage/stills from the topic in conversation

15 minutes : Career prospects, Local and national market requirement/job opportunities

5 min: Audio Visual Presentation on the particular topic 15 min: Q & A sessions with the students .

Every Wednesday: 7-8 pm Re-telecast ( Thursday 9-10 am & Sunday)

Hiring of camera(Pd 170)@ Rs2500/-x4 = Rs.10,000/-

Hiring of Lights = Rs 2,000/-

Charges of Audio Visual equipments, like:

AV mixer, Computer, Mikes & other accessories: = Rs.4,000/-

Studio charge = Rs 1500/-

Honorarium to the anchor = Rs 1500/-

Honorarium to the panel experts (2000x2) = Rs 4000/-

Editing & production of DVDs: =Rs.5000/-

The cost of producing each episode will be Rs.28,000/-

Yearly package: 52 @ Rs.28,000/-=Rs.14,56,000 /-

Each episode will be <Sponsored by Department of Capacity Building. Govt. of Sikkim>Awareness and information related commercial

will be played free of cost during every episode and re telecast of the episode.

Memento and gifts will be given to the panelists.

“Guru Gyan” will be the exclusive copy rights of Department of Department Of Capacity Building. GOS & Nayuma Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.

The Allocation of the topics and the resource person will be responsibility of Department Of Capacity Building GOS

The coordination with the resource person on the given topic and the creation of the episodes will the sole responsibility of Nayuma Entertainment Pvt Ltd.
