Shunner – afraid of difference; convinced their way is the only, right way; ridicule those who are different; often seek out others who support their beliefs.
Tolerator – they “put up with difference but do not embrace it; “you do your thing, but stay away from me.”
Celebrator – value difference; know that different people working together can accomplish more than alone.

EXTENSION ACTIVITY
Today you are writing a story using synergy. Each person in the group needs to start with one of the following prompts; write the prompt in your booklet, add a sentence and then pass your booklet to your left. Continue writing a sentence and passing to your left until the teacher asks you to stop.
*Hint – Use what you have learned so far about the 7 Habits to continue the story. Try to make each story have a positive outcome where the habits have been used.
* There once was a young man named Henry who was very reactive.
*Once upon a time there was a girl who had no goals.
*Simon is the most disorganized person in his class.
*This is the story of two sisters who just couldn’t get along.
