CES School Community
Council (SCC) AGM
Join us if you are

difference in our school
and community! The CES
SCC Annual General
Meeting will be at 6PM,
Oct. 9th.
We are always looking for
new members and new
ideas! Babysitting will be
provided.

We would like to say a
HUGE thank you to
everyone who supported
our students in their effort
to raise money for our
Terry Fox Run. Our school
raised over $6000.00!
FCC Drive Away Hunger
CES is once again taking part
in the FCC Drive Away Hunger
Campaign. We will be
collecting food in the
classrooms from
Oct. 8th to 17th for our
Carlyle area Food Bank. Any
non perishable food items
that you can spare would be
greatly appreciated!
We will have a bit of a
friendly competition between
classes. The class from
Division 1 and the class from
Division 2 who bring the
most amount of items will
win a class pizza party from
our SRC.
Volleyball is underway for
Grade 5 & 6!
Volleyball Season ends
Oct. 24th.
Halloween Carnival
Friday, Oct. 25th
Doors open at 6:15, activities start at 6:30 PM.

year. Practices will

during lunch hour
on Wednesdays. In
November we will be
adding an after
school practice. The
performances will be
on January 16th and
17th!
There will be no
practices the week of
Missoula Children’s
Theatre.
We are excited to have
Missoula Children’s Theatre
coming to CES! They will be here to work with our students the
week of Oct. 28th—Nov. 1st. Stay tuned for more information coming home!
