HOW TO ORDER A PIZZA ONLINE

The example below shows how to order a Taco Joe Pizza online at www.happyjoes.com. The same process is used for

other menu selections.

Choose your Location

Make your selections: For example Taco pizza is listed under Pizzas then choose Mexican Pizzas

Choose the type of Taco Pizza you wish to order.

(Choose the appropriate tab at the top of the white box.)

Complete your pizza choices: Size, Crust, Ingredients,

Toppings

Choose: Take out, Dine in, or Delivery. When choices are

complete, select: Add to order.

The screen then reverts to the previous

screen and noted in the top right corner, the

Item(s) in Cart shows the number of items

ordered. The example shows 1 item in the

cart.

Next, select Review Order & Check Out

in bottom yellow box.

For deliveries, enter the address information

and press Search. (If your address is not in

the selected locations delivery area, you will

receive an error message.)

In the drop down box under Order

Preparation Date & Time, select

what time the Order is for

Select add on items or choose No thanks! Let me Checkout.

Verify your order is correct; enter any Coupon#

codes (verifying all requirements are met to

receive the discount). Update Total if changes

were made, and choose Checkout when

complete.

(Order must be over $10 to complete an order

online.)

On the following screen, enter your

information, along with the payment

information, and whether you would like to

save this information for another order in the

future.

If choosing to save for another in the future,

save using a 6 letter alphabetical and numerical

recall code.

Choose Submit Order

HOW TO ORDER A GIFT CARD

On HappyJoes.com select Gift Cards at the bottom of the

webpage. Click on picture of Gift card or choose Order Gift

Card(s) to place your order.

On the next screen select the amount of the card you wish to purchase. You may add a personal message by selecting

Special Message. Type the message in the box that you want delivered with the gift card.

Next, select the Add to Order Button

Note at the top of the page, the cart will show how

many items are now ready for purchase.

Choose Review Order &

Checkout, at the top right of

page under Gift Cards.

Complete the form by filling in your billing information. Complete all boxes and select

On the next screen, complete all empty boxes and enter payment option. Click on at the bottom of

the page, to complete the order. Thanks for your order!

HOW TO RECALL YOUR ORDER

When completing your order, enter in the Recall Code box a 6 digit letter and number (alphanumeric) phrase you will be

able to recall the next time you want to complete an order. (You may optionally enter in the Order Name box something

that you will remember such as Favorite Pepperoni order, staff order, etc. Not required.)

Next choose Submit Order.

The next time you want to place the same order, choose Recall Orders on the

right side of the page and enter the Recall Code name you previously entered.

Enter your First and Last name as well as

the 6 digit Recall Code , enter the Access

Code shown on your page, and choose

Find My Orders. Continue as you

normally would after placing an order,

filling in all boxes and checking out as

usual. Thanks for your order!

LOOKING UP LOYALTY COUPON CODES

To find out if you have any valid loyalty coupon codes associated with your email address, 1. Click the yellow box marked LOOK UP YOUR LOYALTY COUPONS! at the bottom of the online order cart page before

completing your order.

2. Next enter your email address in the popup box that appears

3. Click the red box marked Check to see if you have any valid coupons available for use. If you have valid coupon code for use it will appear on the next screen . Choose to add them to your order or copy and paste the code in the coupon box in the cart.

4. If you have no valid coupons, you will see the message below.

Complete your order as usual. Thanks for your order!

HOW TO SHIP A PIZZA

In the top right corner of www.happyjoes.com select Order Online Earn Rewards, Next select Ship a Pizza to a Friend

Pizzas can only be ordered in multiples. Make your selection on the following page.

Select your topping choices for each pizza by choosing each

tab. Please note when selecting Taco Pizzas, tomatoes and

lettuce cannot be added to shipped pizzas as they do not

freeze and thaw appropriately.

When all toppings have been selected, choose the shipping tab to complete your order and press Add To Order.

Complete your order as usual.

BIRTHDAY CERTIFICATES

We no longer send out pizza certificates for birthdays. If you are a member of our Loyalty club you will be emailed a

discount coupon near your birthday.
