Download Harmon.ie

1. Navigate to the Intranet site and login.https://login.microsoftonline.com/login.srf?wa=wsignin1.0&rpsnv=4&ct=1450188871&rver=6.1.6206.0&wp=MBI&wreply=https%3A%2F%2Fnealandmassyltd.sharepoint.com%2F_forms%2Fdefault.aspx%3Fapr%3D1&lc=1033&id=500046&guests=1

2. Click on the Software Services link.

3. Click on the Misc Software folder.

4. Click on HarmonieSharePointSetup link and proceed to download the Harmon.ie software. Use the Installation Instruction Guide to assist in downloading the software.

5. Once the software is downloaded, the following icon will appear in Outlook .Click on the icon.

6. Click on the harmon.ie icon to launch the Application. Harmon.ie launches to the right of Outlook.

Add a Site

7. Proceed to add the intranet site. Click on the Site tab and click on Add Site.

8. The Add SharePoint Site prompt will appear Enter the following;- URL = https://nealandmassyltd.sharepoint.com/sites/itcbu/mtitl/syssol- Authentication = Use custom credentials- Enter User name and password

Click on OK.

A Notification appears indicating the Site was successfully added.

9. The Systems Solution link appears on the page. Double click on this link.

Adding/Uploading a Document

10. Double click on the Software Services link.

11. Double click on Documents.

12. Double click on the respective folder e.g. ERP Solutions.

13. Proceed to drag and drop a file or click on the Upload Documents icon to upload a document. Once the file has been successfully uploaded, you will be prompted to enter the metadata.

14. Once the metadata has been entered, click on OK to Check In the document.
