GMS notes

Hi Everyone, There were 45 members and six guests (Jessica, Tintin, Bum Deal, Horses Arse, Lim Chi Bai and Cruizer) for Bibi Tulips run at TAR college. The Bunny told us it was a short simple run with no checks or bars and that if you couldnt see paper to go straight. We set off along the familiar track at a steady walk which slowly changed to a jog. We soon entered the jungle and all familiarity was lost as we bent under branches, wrapped ourselves in vines, got scratched by thorns and scrambled over rocks. Yes, it was a virgin track. The actual on up then started. It was steep and as it had rained recently and the slope had a covering of leaves it was slippery but in spite of the moans and groans we all lunged and dragged and got ourselves to the top. The on down was also quite steep and slippery but you could jog most of it if you were not too ambitious about speed. This brought us to the small Chinese temple and then by the river across to the track and home. The Bunny had been reasonably accurate the run was not long but it was not simple, it contained plenty of challenge!

We had a short circle. First on ice was Annelies who was congratulated for completing 700 runs. Well done Annelies. Then we iced Lim Chi Bai to welcome Pi GM to Thursday Harriets. Next we iced Cruizer as a welcome back to Penang. Bum Deal and Horses Arse were iced as visiting hashers who are en route to Kuching. Pentium 3 was iced to welcome her back. Lim Chi Bai then iced GM for the heinous crime of smoking in the circle. Finally the Bunny was iced and the circle unanimously declared a good run, good food and a great location. Many thanks Bibi Tulips for another brilliant Thursday.
