• Introduce the ASEAN COST project entitled “Health Technologies for Informed Decision-making of Local Governments on Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs)” or HATID ASEAN
• Appreciate the ASEAN COST programs and the ASEAN contribution to the ASEAN Plan of Action on Science, Technology and Innovation (APASTI)
• Formally launch the October 2017 conference “Learning Interaction on eHealth Technologies in the ASEAN” as part of the official ASEAN events on the occasion of the 2017 Philippine Hosting of the ASEAN
