Capital markets and corporate finance We provide support with the establishment and ongoing administration of debt securities and equities issuance programmes. We also provide services to issuers and counter-parties and assist with pre and post IPO support and guidance.
Incorporation, administration and transactional services Provided by all our offices, Hawksford is able to assist with the incorporation of companies across Europe and Asia. We provide a wide range of administration, director and secretarial services for your operational and transactional needs.
Islamic structuring and accountingHawksford provide directors and officers, including Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and Executive Governance Functions to listed Sukuks and securitisation structures, with members of the Hawksford team regulated by the relevant jurisdictions regulatory authority. In addition, we provide and have experience in the creation and administration of a wide range of Sharia compliant structures and Islamic structures where full Sharia compliant financing and accounting is required.
Real estate Whether you are a first-time investor or seasoned real estate expert, Hawksford brings substantial experience of working on investments in residential, commercial and mixed use property. We currently work for the GCC’s largest real estate house and are actively involved in a 500 million GBP real estate project.
