Batteries

The HC series of batteries use Pure Lead Thin Plate technology to provide extraordinary cranking currents from an extremely small package. Employed on aircraft, front line ambulances, police vehicles and cruising yachts world-wide, HC batteries save weight and space over conventional cells and give better performance in cold temperatures and high vibration environments.

Due to very low internal resistance, HC batteries recharge approximately 20% faster than conventional batteries. Thanks to their high quality construction and pure lead design, they may also be used in cyclic applications (down to 60% SoC).

Fully sealed, HC batteries are maintenance free, can be mounted in any orientation (even upside down) and require no venting. They may be stored for up to 24 months at 25 degrees C.

HC Series carry US Department of Transport, IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Authority) and IATA (International Air Transport Association) certification for transport and use on vehicles and marine craft.
