Please all for location sessions other than your office/home for pricing.

Photo Delivery  Each finished photo is delivered in three different formats. Different framing, placement and composition are applied to each selected photo to produce

three version of the same photo. You will receive one portrait formatted (composed vertically) and two landscapes formatted  landscape (composed horizontally) of each delivered photo. Selected and edited digital images delivered electronically 21 days after session.

CORPORATE GROUP HEAD SHOOTS Pricing is determined by the number of people in the group. Each person will be scheduled for approximately 10 minute photo session. Session scheduling is the

responsibility of the client.  Fees

5-10 people – $125/person  11-50 people – $100/person 

51+ people – $65/person  Requirements: 5 or more individuals are required to receive the group rates above. Fewer than 5 individuals are subject to the minimum session rate of $175 per

person. Future sessions for new hires are subject to a new quote based on the number of people scheduled at that time.

Session Includes 1 Look per person

In-office/home background (white or grey) 1 Retouched photo per person

Photo Delivery (Corporate Group Head Shoots)  Proofs from each person session are posted to a private online gallery 3 days after session.

. Final selection(s) are made from the online galleries.  Edited high resolution digital images selected from proofs will be. delivered electronically 14 days after individual selection are made.

Additional Fees and Information

Pricing is for weekday sessions (Monday through Friday). Add $100 for weekends ALL above fees are for LOCATION sessions. There are an additional fees for STUDIO sessions which is $50 per hour weekdays and $60 per hour weeknights and

weekends. Additional fees for studio session are based on 1 hour set-up time and length of session.  Travel fees may apply for locations outside of the service areas or for multiple shoot locations

Unedited photos are not included and are not available for purchase Selected images delivered in both color and black & white

Additional digital photos ordered from the sessions are $75 each, which includes basic retouching. Basic retouching does not include contouring for slimming effect. Edited digital images delivered electronically, via USB Drive and prints 2-4 weeks after session. 

Additional looks $175

Photographs are property of Carmichael Images and may be used in portfolios and/or as part of promotional products. If you do not wish to have your photos included in the photographer's portfolio, you may purchase the rights to the images for an additional price of $100 per photo.

Booking Information:

For all sessions a $200 non-fundable session retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session. The remaining balance is due before the session date.

PAYMENT:  All retainer fees can be paid via cash, money order, PayPal or Zelle. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Any client who does not cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of session will forfeit the $150 retainer and it will serve as a cancellation fee. Retainer fee can be

credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 48 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.  

If Carmichael Images cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost

in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event Carmichael Images fails to perform for any other reason, Carmichael Images shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.
