Drink Pure Water

Do you drink at least 10 or more 8oz. glasses of clean water per day?– No chlorinated, fluoridated tap water.– Preferably distilled. If not, then it should be

spring water that has been purified with reverse osmosis, micron filtration, ozonation and ultraviolet light.

Chemically treated water can cause many undesirable health problems.

Thirst is the last response one’s body gives to alert to dehydration.

Adequate hydration will end most symptoms and prevent disease.

Morning sickness is caused by a signal from the baby in the womb to the mother that it is “thirsty”.

How Much Pure WaterShould One Drink?

An easy method to use is where one takes their body weight, divides it in half. Drink this amount in ounces.

Example: You weigh 126 lbs. So divided in half is 63. So you would need to drink 63 ounces of water per day for proper hydration.

Note: a US gallon contains 128 Fluid Ounces

Get Enough Sleep

Get to sleep by 9:30pm.

Only if one is asleep from between10pm to 2:00am will our body produce the necessary healing hormones.

Raw vs. Cooked

Cooking destroys enzymes that are naturally present in the produce and help in digestion.

Cooked food takes longer to digest and lowers one’s enzyme production reserves.

Raw food is digested easier and leaves more energy for activity and leaves one feeling energetic and not tired and drowsy.

Vegan Diet and Nutrition

Vegan (no animal protein) diet preferably organic with fresh squeezed fruit and vegetable juices.– If you are ill then your immune system needs

rebuilding. Dr. Lorraine Day recommends 13 glasses of several kinds of fresh juices if you are recovering from any illness.

– The typical American diet initiates an immune defense response instead of a digestive one.

Diet and Nutrition ContinuedAnimal protein (flesh foods; diary, eggs, meat, fish) causes our body to become acidic and in order for it to adjust the pH level it pulls minerals including calcium from the bones and other places. – Uric acid crystals (formed from digestion of flesh foods) collect

in the joints and are a major cause of arthritis. Drinking pure water eliminates this.

– Animals and people concentrate toxins (pesticides, herbicides, chemicals) in their muscle tissue. Meat is muscle tissue.

– During periods of intestinal inactivity, the body eliminates these toxins. Fasting is a great way for detoxification.

Fresh AirBreathing fresh outside air that is full of negative ions (good) which attract positive particulate matter is great for health. Most indoor air is full of positive ions (bad) and is polluted with chemical solvent fumes, carpet dust and fumes, dust mites and their feces and other contaminates. of experimental animals. One group was given the standard American diet and the other was given a highly nutritious one. 25% of the group fed the American fare develop-ed skin cancers. The other group did not.

In our society we are lead to believe that no or low fat diets are good.

Our bodies absolutely need essential types of fatty-acids and oils. Omega 3-6-9 fatty acids are readily found in flax, hemp, and avocado. Without them one gains weight and ages quicker.

Avoid heating oils because it changes the molecular structure of the fatty acid and is no longer digestible.
