third parties working on its behalf, and ensures that all business practices are conducted in a manner that protects the environment.

evaluating effectiveness of the HSE Management System through regular audits and management reviews.

• Continually improve occupational health and safety management and its effectiveness by adhering to OHSAS 18001:2007 and take into account

the nature and scale of all OH&S risks;

• Continually improve environmental management by adhering to ISO 14001:2004 and take into account the nature, scale and environmental

impacts of all Borets Company activities, products and services;

• Comply with all industry best practices and local legislation relating to environmental impacts and OH&S risks in each country

in which we operate;

• Prevent injury and ill health of employees and any persons working for or on behalf of Borets Company through the implementation of

a Company HSE system;

• Communicate openly with involved interested parties on any and all aspects of environment and occupational health & safety;

• Provide training to all employees promoting awareness of HSE;

• Provide motivational incentives to encourage all employees to follow procedures and targets set to promote superior HSE performance.

Effective management of this HSE Policy is fundamental to the success of the Borets Company. All contractors, subcontractors, managers and

workers are responsible for complying with this Policy. This HSE Policy shall be implemented at all Borets Company offi ces and facilities and shall be

subject to annual revision.
