• Remote monitoring of those with chronic conditions

• Tough ethical decisions on economic benefit of funding the elderly- Palliative care etc

• We can probably cure dementia- do we want to?

• State systems will have to ration care or see taxes at >60%

• Do we ‘community rate’ private health insurance (the young subsidise the elderly)
