assume all risks associated with running including, butnot limited to, falls, weather conditions, contact withother participants, the effects of the course, all suchrisks being known and appreciated by me. Having readthis waiver and knowing these facts, I, for myself andanyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and releasethe Healthy Ghouls Organizers, Averett University,Greenfield Cross Country Trail, Botetourt County, plusall event partners, sponsors, and volunteers, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation inthis race even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons
named in this waiver. Further I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures,or other record of this event for any legitimate purposewithout compensation to me. Event Schedule : Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009
7:00 - 8:30 a.m. : Race set-up
8:30 - 9:45 a.m. : Packet pick-up and
registration
9:50 a.m. : Runners to their mark
10:00 - 11:15 a.m. : Race
11:30 a.m. : Presentation of awards
Type of Race : This race will be a
“Predict Your Own Time” event. Top
three participants who finish closest
to their predicted time will win.
No timing devices of any type
allowed.
Run will take place Rain/Shine.
